How does the construction process unfold from A to Z
with HGC Construction?
Step 1: The preparation
In this initial stage, you choose what you want to build, define the style, approximate size, planning, and geographical layout. We handle the design of the plans. This crucial step allows us to demonstrate our expertise and dedication, ensuring you immediately recognize the extent of our skills and professionalism.
Step 2: The earth moving
At this stage, we begin by excavating the site and preparing the ground for pouring and reinforcing the foundations. Following this, we proceed with the installation of drainage systems, wells, and other essential groundwork. This comprehensive preparation ensures a solid base for the construction to commence.
Step 3: The excavation
Step 4: The installation of engineering system
This stage includes electrical work and connections to the municipal grid, as well as the installation of water supply and sewage systems (plumbing, heating, electricity, ventilation, and sewage disposal).
Step 5: The completions work
At this stage, we install ceilings, finish all interior spaces, paint walls, and set up built-in and upholstered furniture according to the design plan. We also install glass structures and much more to complete the project.
